![]() ![]() While these new cartridges, designated the Mk 100 series by the US Navy, had the same caliber and casing length as the 20x110 mm Hispano-Suiza rounds fired by the earlier AN/M3 cannon, the two types were in no way compatible, owing to the Mk 100 series having different casing dimensions. Compared to the AN/M3 it replaced, the Mk 12 boasted a faster rate of fire and higher muzzle velocity, courtesy of the new electrically-primed cartridges designed specifically for the Mk 12. The Colt-Browning Mk 12 Mod 3 is an advanced derivative of the 20 mm AN/M3 cannon and became the standard cannon found on US Navy aircraft from the mid-1950s. 2.1 Tactical and technical characteristics. It seemed like instead of having to unload a quarter of my ammo per plane in order to shoot them down, and even then only knocking out a control surface or something, I was tearing the tail off of everything that I even looked at. So I got out some of my old planes around the same BR (Bf 110, Fw 190, and many other things with cannons) and I noticed that I was having a much easier time getting kills. I would get like 3 kills at the least and a lot of times survive long enough to make it back to the airbase. But the thing is a long time ago, I played Germany, and I remember I was a top notch pilot. I usually side climb in my aircraft since USA apparently doesn’t know what turnfighting is, and I average probably 0-2 kills per match, sometimes 3. ![]() US tanks are a whole nother story (dear god gaijin please lower the 76 Shermans br) but in air RB I have been experiencing some difficulty in just playing in general. So the first nation I have been actively grinding is USA. ![]()
